Weekend Shift Forklift Operator- Lenoir City

Hours: 12 hours daily, from 5am to 5 pm Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday with overtime on weekdays or nights as needed. Compensation details: Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour Shift Differential: This shift is scheduled for 36 hours; however, as long as 36 hours are physically worked, you will be paid for 40 hours for the week. Available Retention Bonus: Eligible for a $1,000 bonus after 90 days of employment Benefits offered: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan 4% profit sharing Paid vacation Please note: All candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening. Employees operate a forklift at a brisk pace to transport materials and products from the storage yard on a pallet to the loading docks or staging areas. They will also enter the plant floor to transfer or collect parts or products for transportation to the external storage area. A Day In The Life General Overview (not exhaustive): Must have previous experience operating a forklift Responsible for conducting inspections on the forklift to verify its operational status Capable of performing Bin Filling tasks Tasked with retrieving customer orders Ability to work collaboratively with team members Should have strong communication skills Physically able to manually lift and inspect products when a hoist is not necessary What will help you thrive in this role?
