Responsibilities include: Managing cases through all phases of litigation Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and reports Taking and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses Handling court appearances and hearings Drafting and arguing dispositive motions including summary judgment Reviewing and analyzing medical records Assisting with trial preparation and appellate activity Communicating directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel Qualifications Active Tennessee Bar license required 3+ years of litigation experience preferred Experience within insurance defense, professional liability, medical malpractice, or general liability strongly preferred Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to independently manage files and deadlines Deposition and motion practice experience preferred Interested in hearing more?
