You'll lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring the successful installation of systems in both residential and commercial settings, while upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency.Job Responsibilities- Oversee the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.- Lead and manage a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance and training as needed.- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects.- Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and plan the layout of HVAC systems.- Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards during installations.- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the installation process.- Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and time spent.- Inspect completed installations to ensure they meet quality standards and client specifications.- Order and manage inventory of necessary materials and equipment for installations.- Communicate effectively with clients to address questions or concerns regarding installations.- Uphold a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.- Provide feedback and performance evaluations to team members for continuous improvement.Job Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation.- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred.- Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.- Proven experience leading a team of HVAC installers or technicians.- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices.- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in various environments.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.- Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations and standards.Compensation details: 25-30 Hourly WagePI28a7c53f0949-25660-40298336
