Octapharma Plasma - 115 3810 Chapman Highway - Responsibilities: Ensures total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations (e.g. FDA approved Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP) to maintain the highest production standards and ensure facility compliance.; Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience in line with company values and culture.; Maintains Donor Center equipment based on Standard Operating Procedures and applicable manufacturer instructions.; Monitors donor conditions, employing techniques to ensure donor comfort, safety, and the quality of plasma product.; Operates the automated plasmapheresis machines including response and evaluation of all machine alarms and alerts, responds to donor adverse events, and documents exceptions.
