Our premier boutique luxury hotel in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our leadership team. Director of Hotel Sales Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business development and revenue generation across all hotel revenue segments
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize occupancy, ADR, catering revenue, and market share
  • Prospect and secure group, corporate, wedding, retreat, and social event business
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, University of Arkansas affiliates, meeting planners, wedding coordinators, and community organizations
  • Generate banquet, catering, and private event revenue through proactive sales initiatives
  • Conduct site tours, client presentations, networking events, and community engagement activities
  • Collaborate closely with operations, food & beverage, and ownership teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Director of Hotel Sales Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive hotel sales experience required
  • Previous Director of Sales, Senior Sales Manager, or Director of Catering & Events experience preferred
  • Boutique, lifestyle, luxury, or independent hotel experience strongly preferred
  • Strong wedding, catering, social event, and group sales background required
  • Proven ability to drive new business development and grow market share
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, Delphi, Opera PMS, or comparable hotel sales systems preferred
  • Understanding of hotel forecasting, market segmentation, and revenue strategy
