Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies within a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report concerns through proper channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and assist with crowd management during busy periods and events; Support retail location operations by communicating with site contacts and reporting maintenance and security-related concerns
