Job Title: System Training Instructor Location: Knoxville, TN Duration: long term Job ID: 4CI -7774 Required Qualifications: Experience delivering end-user and system training programs Strong classroom and virtual facilitation skills Experience with LMS platforms, Microsoft Teams, and virtual collaboration tools Ability to create and deliver role-based and scenario-driven training content Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for end users, support teams, and stakeholders Facilitate classroom, remote, and hands-on system training activities Support go-live readiness through user training and knowledge transfer initiatives Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and instructional documentation Conduct scenario-based and role-specific training sessions to improve user adoption Support train-the-trainer activities and technical knowledge transfer sessions Coordinate with project, business, and technical teams to stay aligned on system updates and workflows Assist help desk and support teams with system-related troubleshooting and user support processes Utilize LMS platforms, training environments, and collaboration tools to manage training activities
