What You'll Do

Culinary Execution & Standards

  • Prepare and execute menu items following established recipes to ensure consistent quality and food costs
  • Ensure all cooking stations are adequately stocked with ingredients and equipment before and throughout each shift
  • Take pride in food quality, presentation, and consistency on every plate

Kitchen Operations & Sanitation
  • Adhere to all sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times
  • Clean and disinfect all cooking stations and kitchen surfaces before and after each shift
  • Follow standard food rotation practices to reduce waste and prevent contamination
  • Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly
  • Remain aware of inventory levels and communicate needs to the kitchen leadership team

Team & Culture
  • Contribute to a positive, fun, and collaborative kitchen environment
  • Support fellow team members during high-volume service periods
  • Follow all AATMOS Hospitality standard operating procedures and kitchen policies

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required

Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and sanitation standards

Physical & Schedule Requirements
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs throughout each shift
  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification required within 60 days of hire and must be maintained throughout employment
