In this role, you'll support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living more independently, building life skills, and thriving in a supportive home environment.Provide compassionate hands-on support, such as helping with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility needs—always with dignity and respect.Support daily living and independence skills.Transport and accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and community events.Engage clients in fun and meaningful activities within the home and in the community.High school diploma or GED preferred.CPR (within 30 days of hire) & PCM certification (within 60 days)—training provided.500-$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-time eligible).~ Paid training & certifications.~ Compensation details: 15.5-17.5 Hourly Wage
