Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care services for clients in Maynardville, White Pine, and Rutledge Counties. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure clients adhere to prescribed care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but training is provided
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
• Ability to pass background checks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays
