Project Manager - Guardian RFID Implementation
Hybrid role (M-Th onsite + Friday remote)
Compensation: $65-80 per hour
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of the Guardian RFID inmate tracking and accountability platform in a high-security environment. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of deployment across operational, technical, and security teams. You will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring technical prerequisites are met, managing data migration and system integration, and overseeing hardware and software installation. The Project Manager will also coordinate training, support change management, lead quality assurance and testing, and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
