Culinary - Dietary Aide

Northshore Heights is seeking a compassionate and reliable Dietary Aide to join our Assisted Living community. The Dietary Aide helps prepare and serve meals, ensures residents have a pleasant dining experience, and maintains a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation and service
• Serve meals to residents in the dining room
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Provide respectful and courteous service to residents

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow directions and work well on a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Compassionate attitude toward seniors
• Prior food service experience preferred, not required

Schedule:

• Part-Time shifts available.
• Weekend availability a must.
