As a minority-owned business contractor trusted by Fortune 100 customers, we take pride in our people, our partnerships, and our commitment to operational excellence.At LACOSTA, you're more than an employee - you're part of a team that values hard work, supports your growth, and recognizes the role you play in keeping businesses running at their best.Join the LACOSTA Family and build your future with a company that delivers quality, service, and opportunity!Job Skills / RequirementsJob Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule(Example: Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun; then Mon, Thurs, Fri)* Night Shift: 7:00PM-7:00AMPay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)* $16.50/hrJob Description: Responsible for operating forklifts and other heavy machinery to move products within the warehouse and loading/unloading trucks.* Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished products for final distribution.* Contributes to orderly operation of stock/materials storage area.* Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.* Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying and supplies listed on production orders.* Locates and packs materials for shipping.* Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, loading, and securing product.* Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.* Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.* Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.* Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.Requirements:* Pass background checks and drug screening* Minimum 2 years of forklift experience* Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 50lbs independently.* Wear LACOSTA Shirt, steel-toed boots/shoes, long pants, and any other required PPE* Remove all jewelry and accessories* THIS IS A SMOKE FREE FACILITYWe make working for LACOSTA easy, interview today and start work as early as tomorrow!
