LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Medical Scheduler to support busy clinic operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and are committed to providing outstanding administrative and patient support.
About the Role
- Type: Temp to Hire
- Location: Knoxville, TN.
- Compensation: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments across multiple clinic locations with accuracy and efficiency
- Collect and update patient information while ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Manage and process incoming referrals through electronic systems
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling flow
- Support the department with administrative tasks as needed, maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong understanding of patient confidentiality, safety protocols, and professional standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
