Location: Knoxville, TNSalary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $72,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescriptionJudge Direct Placement is seeking a Second Shift Production Supervisor in Knoxville, TN area!ResponsibilitiesAdhere to and enforce all workplace safety rules, regulations, and practices.Process any workplace injuries/incidents in a timely manner per the Incident Reporting and Investigation Guidelines.Comply with all food safety, security, and quality requirements.Ensure all areas are kept clean, in good condition, and in compliance with USDA established sanitation requirements.Maintain a good working relationship with all representatives of federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.Assist with maintaining third-party certifications such as BRC.Promote and maintain a high level of morale among employees.Enforce Guidelines of Conduct, Attendance Policy, and Values in a firm, fair, and consistent manner.Assign and schedule team members efficiently to meet production requirements.Assist in selection, orientation, and training of new team members.Participate in external and internal training programs.RequirementsFood Science/Food Technologist degree preferred5+ years of supervisory experience preferredSQF & HACCP certifiedStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work with different departments within the organizationCreative/analytical problem solving skills and innovative approaches to resolve complex problemsTeam building skills and experienceMicrosoft office skills such as PowerPoint, Project Manager, Excel and WordDemonstrated experience in managing plant sanitation programsContact: jevans@judge.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
