This role will be located at our Centennial, Colorado facility.Role Overview We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of our shipping department. This role will work and collaborate with our operations and development teams to ensure accuracy of shipments and timely deliveries.What You'll Do... Daily tracking of partsCoordination shipping items with UPS or FreightTracking part drawings and inventoriesDaily packing and shipping of all orders to meet customer delivery schedulesFinal visual inspection during packing and communicating any quality concernsReceiving inspectionStoring material and goods safely at required locationsAbility to operate a pallet jack, hand truck, and cuttersMaintaining cleanliness of the shipping & receiving areaProficiency in MS Word and ExcelOrganizing of shipping area and shipping suppliesLooking over work orders to verify shipments/receivingStaging jobs for production lines to be ready for their next jobs on scheduleWeekly shop inventoryYou have... 1+ years of experience in Shipping & ReceivingAbility to work independentlyHigh School DiplomaDrive and willingness to understand directions and learn quicklyAbility to be flexible and deal with changing prioritiesMust be dependable and reliableExcellent driving recordThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
