Our products consist of New England Coffee, French Market Coffee, Luzianne Iced Tea, Blue Plate Mayonnaise, Swans Down Cake Flour, Tiger Sauce, and Carroll Shelby Chili (to name a few) and can be found in foodservice and retail locations around the country.Quality Control Technician I will play a crucial role in ensuring all Reily Foods Products meet all customer and regulatory standards ensuring a food safe and consistent product.ResponsibilitiesConduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goodsUnderstand product specifications, food safety and legal requirements and perform complete quality tests and analyses using appropriate tools and equipmentUtilize Digital Production System (Redzone) to complete quality compliance documents, launch ad hoc data sheets and communicate with support functionsMonitor and ensure production checks are completed for specified areaCollaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actionsCalibrate and use all quality equipment for specified areaLearn and maintain customer standards for product specifications and acceptable qualityAssist in cupping and other lab functionsFollow all safety procedures and actively participate in safety training and safety system ownership initiativesMaintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person; reports any injury, accident, or unsafe condition to supervisor immediatelySupport and comply with GMP's; understand and follow emergency action planSupport food safety, quality, and legalityEnsure the operation is providing food-safe, quality products which meet or exceed all product specifications and regulatory requirementsOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDMachine quality or food production experience preferredKnowledge of GFSI audit schemes, such as BRC and SQF and understanding of legal food safety requirementsTechnical skills include the ability to calibrate testing equipment, using RedZone manufacturing software, and become certified in Quality areasInterpersonal skills include good verbal and written communication, good time management skills, strong attention to details with ability to follow standardized proceduresLeadership skills include a positive attitude, being a team player and self-leadershipBenefitsWe offer a comprehensive and thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports the well‑being, financial security, and work‑life balance of our employees.10 Paid Company HolidaysGenerous Paid Vacation & Sick TimeComprehensive, Affordable Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage for you and your familyHealth Savings Account (HSA) with company contributionsFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA)401(k) Retirement Plan with company match and discretionary profit sharingEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) and financial wellness resourcesCompany‑Paid DisabilityCompany‑Paid Life Insurance equal to 3× annual compensationAnd more benefits designed to support your health, wealth, and well‑beingTogether, these benefits reflect our commitment to caring for our employees both inside and outside the workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
