Research, Evaluation, Grants Program CoordinatorJob SummaryDirect, manage, and develop a group of grant‑funded services (primarily Federal Grants) to include grant writing, grants management, and supervision of program evaluators.ResponsibilitiesWork efficiently with teams to meet the needs of grant and research requirements.Work cooperatively with internal and external agency partners.Participate in calls, trainings, and on‑site visits for grant compliance.Work directly with designated grant teams to ensure grant information is dispersed to appropriate staff.Be responsible for program evaluation as assigned—including data collection, data entry, and analysis.Demonstrate and maintain a positive work climate and overall team effort of the department.Show consideration and concern for fellow workers and their jobs, promoting harmonious relationships and attitudes.Exemplify and demand excellent attendance and a hard‑work ethic, being an excellent role model and holding staff accountable.Accept additional assignments and/or changes in assignment and/or work.Oversee the submission of grants for the Center, ensuring timely submissions and related reports comply with requirements.Initiate grant budget revisions as needed with financial services and program.Assist with meeting new business goals and pursuing grants in line with the Center's strategic goals.Oversee the compilation and organization of data for research compliance.Assist with organization of IRB approvals or disapprovals, and work with the research team to create systems for sustainability of evaluation knowledge integrated into service delivery.Coordinate third‑party evaluator oversight for research.CompensationStarting salary is approximately $61,597 per year based on relevant experience and education.QualificationsExperienceThree years of supervisory experience in the social work field or a behavioral health setting.Extensive grant writing and evaluation/research experience.Education & KnowledgeMaster's degree in a public services or health‑related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work, sociology, or behavioral science) with coursework or experience in cultural diversity, human development, etiology and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and mental disabilities.Experience in grant writing and research evaluation.Physical RequirementsExposure to biological hazards.Normal hearing.Close eye work.Valid driver's license.Lift up to 50 lbs.Push or pull up to 150 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.LocationKnox County, TennesseeEEO StatementHelen Ross McNabb Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
