Overview Position: Shuttle Bus DriverLocation: 8501 S Northshore Dr, Knoxville, TN 37922Job Type: Part TimeSchedule: 20 hours per week - weekdays only (days will vary)Pay: $15 per hourWages on Demand - Daily pay availableLicensure: F endorsement upon hireResponsibilities Assist residents getting on and off the bus, utilizing the appropriate and safest mode for assistance. This may include using a lift, ambulation, and/or physical transfer.Complete bus trip logs and required route in a safe and efficient manner. Organize and coordinate route priorities to maintain an efficient process.Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the bus.Fill out daily inspection log at the beginning of each trip and submit when completed.Maintain a positive attitude that supports team performance and productivity.Qualifications Minimum 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.Chauffeur's License ; must have a clean driving record.Compassionate care for seniors; enjoy helping and working with the senior population.Timely, patient, and accommodating; able to maintain a bus schedule and be familiar with the local area.Must be able to lift 25 pounds.Flexible schedule, which may include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.Ability to maintain a positive demeanor and provide excellent service.General Working Conditions This position entails standing for long periods. The employee must communicate effectively with others and may sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle equipment. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
