Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience working in home improvement, building materials, or retail warehouse environments such as Lowe's or Home Depot. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, stocking, and distributing building materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pull and stage customer and production orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Organize building products.
• Assist customers and team members in locating and loading materials when needed.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep warehouse aisles, storage areas, and loading zones clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Work closely with shipping, receiving, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, lumber yard, building supply company, or home improvement retailer such as Lowe's, Home Depot, or a similar environment.
• Experience handling construction materials, hardware, or building products.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials throughout the workday.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
