General Manager

Lead. Improve. Drive Results.

We're looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead and optimize warehouse and distribution operations in a high-volume environment. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll develop people, improve processes, promote a culture of safety, and directly influence operational performance, customer service, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence, and strong financial performance.
• Champion a culture of safety by promoting safe work practices and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coach, mentor, and develop warehouse leaders and team members to build a high-performing organization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Optimize order fulfillment, logistics, and warehouse operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate workflows, staffing, and operational processes to identify opportunities that increase productivity, improve service levels, and control costs.
• Develop, monitor, and leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive operational results.
• Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) that promote consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
• Identify operational challenges, implement practical solutions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to align operations with company goals and support long-term business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in warehouse/distribution operations
• 4+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success improving performance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with KPIs and operational data
• Proficiency in Excel and operational systems

Work Environment

• Mix of office and warehouse setting
• Active role with regular time on the floor
• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
