Join theFinancial Services team at KOC in our Revenue Cycle Department, where we provide personalized care in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Collections Specialist who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our Central Business Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing patient balances after insurance processing
• Monitoring accounts with delinquent patient balances
• Processing bankruptcies
• Communicate with patients regarding information or requested documentation
• Reviewing patient balances for outsourcing to collections

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a medical office billing or similar
• Experience with patient or customer collections
• Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and independently
• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service
