Location: Knoxville, TN
Soni is partnered with a growing and well-established manufacturing company, seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established corporate office and play a key role in supporting senior leadership during an exciting phase of growth.

Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional communication skills, strong Microsoft Office experience, and a proven track record supporting senior executives. What You'll Do:

  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, offsite meetings, and company events

  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and executive communications

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

  • Support multiple senior leaders while anticipating needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

  • Assist with project coordination, follow-up items, and special initiatives
What We're Looking For:
  • 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Compensation: $80,000
