Description:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize labor utilization, support sales and operations planning, and help drive strong customer service and plant performance.Maintain capacity templates and adjust capacity/manpower as demand dictates.Reserve capacity for short lead‑time programmed orders.Coordinate production schedules across multiple manufacturing areas to support on‑time delivery and shipping performance.Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Engineering to communicate scheduling priorities, changes, and production requirements.Manage schedule updates resulting from engineering changes, customer requests, material availability, and shifting business needs.Monitor critical part availability and proactively suggest changes to minimize production disruptions.Prepare and distribute daily status reports to support operational decision‑making.Track and communicate schedule changes, late shipments, and other key production updates to stakeholders.Support and participate in continuous improvement activities.WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 2Year / Associate Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study, or equivalent years of job experience required.4Year / Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study preferred.2–4years of relevant work experience required.Proficiency in Excel required.Previous SAP experience preferred.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.
