Our products consist of New England Coffee, French Market Coffee, Luzianne Iced Tea, Blue Plate Mayonnaise, Swans Down Cake Flour, Tiger Sauce, and Carroll Shelby Chili and can be found in foodservice and retail locations around the country.The Supply Chain Coordinator role supports and coordinates critical supply chain activities including inventory control, batch order processing, production support, and purchasing coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Materials ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records including item, lot, batch, and location dataCoordinate inventory movements, adjustments, and reconciliations within the ERP systemLead and support cycle counts and physical inventory activitiesInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variancesProduction & Batch Order SupportCreate, review, and process batch orders in alignment with production schedulesSupport production reporting and issue resolution related to materialsCoordinate closely with production, warehouse, and quality teamsPurchasing & Vendor CoordinationAssist with purchase order creation, tracking, and follow‑upCommunicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and shortagesWork Schedule & AvailabilityThis role requires schedule flexibility.
