Front Of House - Host/Food Runner

Frizzle Chicken Café is a fun-filled dining experience for all ages! We are seeking friendly, high-energy, and fast-paced individuals to join our team.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude as they enter the restaurant.
• Provide accurate seating directions and wait times as needed.
• Correctly input completed orders and totals into POS system to complete transactions.
• Correctly operate the POS system checking checkout and taking payments
• Understand menu and food allergies to help answer any questions.
• Set up and stock accordingly for dining services.
• The FOH position may require cross training for additional duties throughout the restaurant. Including pre-shift and post-shift cleaning.

Physical Demands:

• Continuous walking and standing on level ground.
• Continuous bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of menu's, silverware, stock and cleaning supplies.
