Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Helper to join our team in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support warehouse staff with various tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Helper or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license required

Physical & Personal Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. from floor to waist and from waist to overhead
• Ability to climb and use ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts
• Ability to stand for 6+ hours per day
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot and cold)
• Ability to successfully pass a drug test and background check
• Ability to self-direct with reliable attendance
