Crew Supervisor III

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Crew Supervisor III to join their team. As a Crew Supervisor III, you will be part of the Tennessee Operations supporting production and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Crew Supervisor III

Location: Alcoa, TN

Pay Range: $43/hr

Shift: Night shift 6PM-6AM

What's the Job?

• Manage, lead, and be accountable for crew environmental, health, and safety performance and practices.
• Monitor production flow and ensure objectives are being met efficiently.
• Demonstrate commitment to servicing the customer and maintaining high standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external customers and suppliers to communicate expectations and priorities.
• Plan, manage, and execute departmental operational plans, including scheduling, crew assignments, and overtime management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze problems and lead root cause analysis activities.
• Experience in lean manufacturing principles and process improvement.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a 3-2-2-3 schedule.
