Clean Soap & Anneal Operator

Second shift 3: 00pm-1: 30am M-TH

We are currently hiring a Clean Soap & Anneal Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating equipment and performing a variety of production tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and perform basic assembly tasks
• Load and unload machines to produce quality parts
• Follow verbal and written instructions, including routings, drawings, and procedures
• Use precision measuring instruments for testing and quality checks
• Maintain accurate production documentation as required
• Keep work area clean and follow good housekeeping practices
• Make minor adjustments to equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
• Train other operators as needed
• Participate in continuous improvement and total quality management activities

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions and technical documents
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills required
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for up to 12-hour shifts
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, climbing stairs/ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Ability to push/pull heavy materials and operate overhead equipment
• Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures

Work Environment:

• Exposure to noise, dust, dirt, welding fumes, oils, and lubricants
• Work around high-temperature processes
• Required to use all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
