Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Knoxville, TN (Hardin Valley Area)

Pay Range: $18-$20, DOE

Shift: 1st Shift - Monday-Thursday, 5:30AM-4PM

What's the Job?

• Assist the production team in delivering quality products to customers
• Operate designated machinery such as saws, to cut raw steel at the begining stages and prepping materials
• Maintain safety rules and ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment
• Understand and follow production workflows to support team objectives

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions
• Tolerance for odors, fumes, airborne particles, heat, and noise levels
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk throughout a large facility
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to work well with others
