Warehouse Associate I - NightsClinton TN - Clinton, TN 37716OverviewPosition Type Full TimeDescriptionJob Purpose Statement:Warehouse Associate I position is expected to move, organize, and load products to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to our customers.Summary of Responsibility:Handle product ensuring the correct parts are properly organized and in the correct containerReview product for any obvious defects and reject for reviewInterface with computer software, scan guns, and documentation for various aspects of the processProperly label and organize containers of productOperator powered industrial vehicles (PIV) or manual pallet movement equipment as neededComplete and document all safety checks as required for use of a PIV or for entry into a shipping containerAccurately complete all paperwork assigned for a specific assignmentQualificationsEducation, Experience and Skills Required:High School diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year in a manufacturing/distribution operation preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting production and quality goalsAbility to obtain and maintain a valid forklift or equipment license as needed or requiredMust read, write and communicate in EnglishErgonomic & Physical Requirements:Must be able to meet the Ergonomic as well as the Physical Base Score for this position.Standing or Walking up to 90% of the dayLift / Carry 25lb constantly, up to 100lb occasionallyPush / Pull 50lb constantly, up to 150lb occasionallyGrasp 75lbPinch 15lbLift bulky objectsAny lifting over 70 lbs. must be completed with assistance i.e. mechanical or individual.Full range of motion required: Cervical, Shoulders, Elbow, Wrist, Fingers, Hands, Truck Twist, and Feet.Ability to wear PPE as requiredWorking Conditions may include: moderate noise, moving mechanical parts, static shock, high temperatures.
