Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clean Room Production Associate to join their team. As a Clean Room Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality in a controlled environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within this organization.

Job Title: Clean Room Production Associate

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Range: $17-19/hr

Shift: Day, Evening and Overnight Shifts Available

What's the Job?

• Visually inspect, clean, label, and package products in a clean room environment

• Follow strict glove and gown protocols to prevent product contamination

• Receive and stage products for manufacturing, adhering to all procedures

• Maintain cleanliness of tanks, walls, tables, and fixtures in the clean room

• Accurately complete nonconformance reports and ensure proper documentation

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent, or manufacturing experience in a clean room environment

• Minimum of 6 months related work experience

• Ability to work with water, good dexterity, and attention to detail

• Comfortable wearing masks and gowns in a controlled environment

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
