Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Material Handler positions in Knoxville, TN. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all due Start Date orders in SO Tools are picked & packed ready for shipment before shipping cut-off.

  • Selecting or picking products in conjunction with the specific customer order accurately.

  • Maintaining the computerized store system (Serial number scanning & tracking).

  • Dealing with customer queries

  • General Distribution Centre duties (Movement of Material, Packing / Unpacking etc.)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Steel toed boots required.

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, communications.

  • Familiar with using a handheld computer scanner

  • Ability to work on your feet for most of a typical 8-hour work shift, and ability to lift up to 49 lbs. on a semi-regular basis.

  • Familiar with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, stacker lifts, and pallet wrapping equipment

Pay Details: $25.49 per hour
