We are more than products, we are a team of inspired people doing extraordinary things.Essential Job DutiesPerform the following with limited supervision:Operate forklifts, combis, vertical man lifts, and cranes (certifications required)Perform systematic material movement using WMS, SAP, and MII systemsConduct basic cycle counts and participate in inventory reconciliation activitiesMaintain inventory accuracy by identifying and resolving minor discrepanciesExecute physical business processes such as cycle reconciliation, red tagging, and stock transport orders (STOs)Pick, prepare, and deliver parts orders to manufacturing areas according to pick listsPrepare orders for shipment, including appropriate labeling and documentation (e.g., FedEx shipments)Build crates according to print and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Safely operate tools and equipment such as wood saws, pneumatic staplers, and nail gunsLoad and unload trucks, validate material quantities, and complete receiving transactions in SAPLoad material into automated systems for processing or transportConstruct custom crates and ensure products are packaged securely for shipmentCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders through email and in-person interactionsAssist leads in managing material flow and ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followedWork with limited supervision, demonstrating accountability and adherence to safety and quality standardsConform to all safety guidelines while performing duties and operating equipmentWear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for the positionSupport daily and monthly production goals and targetsUtilize SOPs and Standard Work Instructions to complete workContribute to safety and process improvement initiativesLearn SAP/ MII / MES ProcessesDemonstrate reliability and ownership of assigned processesIdentify work to be performed via SAP or MII work center priorityPerform physical material movementsMaintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S and lean initiativesCross-train within departmentDemonstrate a willingness to be flexible in areas they are cross-trained inHelp train new production team members as assignedPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsHS Diploma or GED preferred6-12 months prior manufacturing experience preferredMust be a minimum of 18 years oldEffective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and time management skillsStrong attention to detailHigh focus on quality and safetyBasic math, reading, and computer skillsBasic skill in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawingsAbility to read measuring devicesAbility to use basic, pneumatic, and power toolsAbility to safely operate equipment, which may include material movement equipment such as overhead lifting devices, forklifts, etc.Ability to learn, know, and identify all parts accuratelyAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check, if offered employmentCompensation & BenefitsGreenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. Personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety toed footwear required. Additional PPE may be required based upon work. This is a safety-sensitive position, and impairment while performing the tasks or duties of this role could pose a health and safety risk to both the individual performing the tasks as well as those around them.
