This full-time manufacturing role is based in Tennessee and focuses on assembling components and finished products while maintaining high quality and safety standards. As an Assembly Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment, using hand and power tools to build,inspect, and prepare products for shipment. The role is based in a clean machine shop environment that is partially climate controlled, supporting comfort and productivity throughout the year. Available shifts include a 1st shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and a 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM, offering a four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts. New hires on 2nd shift complete 2–4 weeks of training on 1st shift to ensure proper onboarding and skills development. The facility emphasizes safety, organization, and the effective use of hand tools, power tools, and automated manufacturing equipment as part of daily operations.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, TN.
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
