Part-Time Material Handler

Secure Work Environment NO LAYOFFS We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Material Handler who has experience storing, stocking, moving materials, and loading trucks in a warehouse/shipping environment. This position does not operate a forklift.

Schedule: Saturday - Sunday 6:30am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Moves inventory materials to and from the various locations to support shipping/distribution.
  • Keep accurate counts of stock and supplies.
  • Keep all areas behind the lines and in pack area clean and free of hazards.
  • Load customers' orders on correct pallets and on trailers on the dock.
  • * This position does not operate a forklift.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift
  • Ability to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift
  • Good written and verbal communication skills across all levels within organization
  • Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures
  • Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment on a prolonged basis while maintaining safety and quality
