Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in dispatching or customer service (bonus if it's in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical!)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
A cool head and creative problem-solving ability
Tech-savvinessfamiliar with scheduling software and office tools (Service Titan is a plus!)
A team-first attitude and a true focus on the customer
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service or call center experience preferred (not required)
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new tools
Comfortable making outbound calls

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kodak, TN.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
