Secure Work Environment – NO LAYOFFSWe are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious warehouse associate to operate a Cherry Picker in our distribution center. Prior experience operating a cherry picker or similar equipment (cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, stretch wrappers) is preferred but not required - we provide full training! This role involves retrieving items from elevated storage locations and assisting with general warehouse duties.Starting Pay: $16.10/hour + $2 shift differential and up (depending on experience)Performance Reviews: 6 months, 18 months, then annuallySchedule:(Full-time) Monday-Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pmPeak days (4-5 days/month) end at 1:30amWe Offer: Company profit sharing (after 6 months of full-time employment)$100 monthly product voucher (soap, shampoo, laundry products, household cleaning products, personal care products, etc)Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Paid Time Off, Paid HolidaysPet InsuranceLongevity Bonus (5 Yrs/$5,000, 10 Yrs/$10,000, 15 Yrs/$15,000, etc.)Safety BonusFlexible Spending AccountShort-Term & Long-Term DisabilityLife Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Accident InsuranceIn addition, we offer: Clean indoor climate-controlled environmentCompany-sponsored employee appreciation eventsSafe & all-natural product lineResponsibilities: Operate various warehouse equipment in accordance with safety guidelines including cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stretch wrappersStore, maintain, stage and transfer ingredients, components, finished goods and supplies to appropriate work areas while ensuring an accurate inventory by completing system transactions accurately via hand-held RF scanners, and reporting discrepancies to the Inventory CoordinatorLoad and unload inbound and outbound trailers and stage appropriately in receiving areaMaintain proper lot rotation according to FIFO guidelines and coordinate disposal of expired ingredients, returned bulk, and other materials with appropriate department managementMaintain warehouse areas in accordance with established Good Manufacturing Practices cleanliness and safety guidelinesQualifications: Ability to pass Melaleuca forklift operator certification programAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shiftAbility to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shiftGood written and verbal communication skills across all levels within organizationAbility to read, write, and follow established operational proceduresAbility to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment on a prolonged basis while maintaining safety and qualityWhy should you apply?
