This opportunity is based on a Material Handler career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.Experience Requirements 2-3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferredExperience in product fulfillment, order picking, and packingFamiliarity with handheld scanners and inventory tracking systemsExperience operating pallet jacks, stacker lifts, forklifts, or similar material handling equipment preferredBasic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookJob Duties Pick and pack customer orders accurately for on-time shipmentLoad, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouseReceive, track, and process incoming goodsScan and monitor serial numbers using computerized inventory systemsAssist with shipping, receiving, packing, and unpacking activitiesRespond to customer inquiries related to orders and shipmentsMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasSupport inventory accuracy and material flow processesFollow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirementsComplete additional warehouse duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Materials Handler.Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.Competitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life Insurance and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Work Environment with opportunities for advancement and skill development.Friendly.
