Inventory Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving activities. This role is ideal for someone with inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Maintain accurate inventory records and track inventory levelsPerform cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory transactionsProcess incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain documentationSupport warehouse operations, inventory flow, and material handling processesCoordinate orders and shipments with internal teamsUse Microsoft Excel and inventory systems to manage data and reportingEnsure inventory accuracy and identify discrepanciesPerform other duties as assigned1-2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chainKnowledge of inventory management principles and inventory control processesExperience with inventory management systems or ERP software (NetSuite preferred)Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentForklift experience is a plusOffice-based environment with collaboration across operations teamsComprehensive benefits packageStrong work-life balanceStable organization with opportunities for career growth and advancementJoin a growing team where your attention to detail and inventory expertise will help drive operational success.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, TN.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.85/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
