This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring order accuracy.What You'll Do Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through fulfillmentReview orders for completeness and verify pricing, quantities, and shipping informationEnter and maintain order data within the company's ERP or order management systemCommunicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding order status and updatesResolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and product-related questionsCoordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely deliveryMaintain accurate records, documentation, and customer filesAssist with inventory inquiries and reporting as neededSupport additional administrative and operational tasks as assignedWhat We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, administrative support, or a related roleStrong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and OutlookExperience working with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is preferredExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plusPreferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or wholesale environmentsExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Sage, or similar platformsStrong understanding of order fulfillment and inventory processesWhy Join?
