We are partnering with a growing Knoxville-area company seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to support daily order management and customer fulfillment activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring order accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through fulfillment
• Review orders for completeness and verify pricing, quantities, and shipping information
• Enter and maintain order data within the company's ERP or order management system
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding order status and updates
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and product-related questions
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer files
• Assist with inventory inquiries and reporting as needed
• Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or wholesale environments
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Sage, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment and inventory processes
