Now Hiring: Food Production Associates

Location: Knoxville, TN
Pay: $16.75 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Position Summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Food Production Associates for a local food manufacturing facility in Knoxville. No manufacturing experience is required! This is an excellent opportunity to get started in food production, earn overtime, and build a long-term career.
Responsibilities

• Package, sort, and rack food products on a production line.
• Place finished products into boxes, seal packages, and apply labels.
• Move completed boxes onto designated racks.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow food safety procedures.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Bend, squat, reach, and twist as needed.
• Work in warm or cold production areas depending on the department.
