Responsibilities: Use secure video conferencing for remote online notarizations and travel locally for in-person signings, covering the full slate of notarial acts throughout Knoxville.

Qualifications & Skills: Must be a U.S. citizen with valid notary credentials. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to clear a background check. Experience notarizing loan documents preferred. Calm under pressure, detail-focused, honest, and professional.

Job Requirements: A working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone, solid Internet, a home-office setup, and a dependable vehicle for signings around Knoxville, Tennessee.

Payment: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
