Details for Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator position:

• $16.50-22 / Hour

• Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator:

• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials

• Receive shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage or discrepancies

• Prepare, package, label, and ship orders through UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers

• Track shipments and help resolve shipping and receiving issues

• Organize materials, maintain inventory records, and assist with inventory counts

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and applicable OSHA requirements

• Comply with the drug-free workplace policy and complete applicable pre-employment drug screening as permitted by law

• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place

• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• Previous warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience

• Safe forklift operation experience with current certification or documented training

• Familiarity with packing, shipping documents, and UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight procedures

• Basic computer skills and experience with shipping, inventory, or warehouse tracking systems

• Ability to read shipping documents, packing lists, and inventory records

• Familiarity with industrial equipment, tools, and mechanical components

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the day

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to safety

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ownership of assigned responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
