Payroll Specialist – Knoxville, TN

Are you an experienced payroll professional who loves accuracy, organization, and being part of a great team? We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a growing organization and play an important role in weekly payroll operations.

What You'll Do:

• Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Review timecards, earnings, deductions, and payroll data
• Assist with payroll taxes, W-2s, and year-end reporting
• Support Certified Payroll requirements
• Assist employees with payroll-related questions

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of payroll taxes
• Ability to work on-site in Knoxville, TN

Construction payroll, Certified Payroll/prevailing wage, and experience with Foundation, CenterPoint, or ADP Workforce Now are strong pluses.
