Job Responsibilities

• Answering telephone calls for the department
• • Screen and direct calls to proper recipients
  • Providing information to inquiries
  • Taking and relaying messages to Volunteer Team Staff

• Monitoring Volunteers at headquarters (ensure volunteers check-in and -out), maintaining security awareness; meeting and greeting persons entering organization; directing visitors to correct destination.
• • Update and track headquarter volunteer hours sheet and keep system up to date
  • Create Volunteer events in Volunteer management system to track in-house groups and large group events (fundraisers, etc.)

• Ensuring the Volunteer email is checked daily
• • Answer emails in a timely manner for general volunteer questions
  • Forward all messages to the proper recipient
• Providing general administrative and clerical support; preparing correspondence and documents helping with team postal service

• Assisting Volunteer team with pre and post clinic tasks
• • Scan in and upload to volunteer profile all minor release forms and file
  • Scan in and upload to volunteer profile all temporary and full licenses for any volunteer seeking assistance
  • Send out hours and CE letters to volunteers as requested
  • Send post clinic surveys, print results and share with the Volunteer Team
  • Assist with airport pick up and drop off
  • Organization of RAM Volunteer space in warehouse including t-shirts.
• Organization of Office Space
• Send Sympathy and get well soon cards, etc. to volunteers
• Inventory materials and merchandise for office
• • T-shirts
  • Office supplies
  • Give-aways
  • Celebration supplies

• Performing tasks and duties as directed by your Management Team.

Job Requirements

• Preferred Administrative Assistant Degree or equivalent work experience
• Must be proficient in verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, and like programs
• Must be able to type and produce legible documents to promote RAM's Mission.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 20 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive RAM vehicles.

The pay range for this role is:

33,331 - 40,830 USD per year (US)
