Catering & Event Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing sales professional who enjoys connecting with businesses, creating partnerships, and turning opportunities into long-lasting relationships.

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing hotel revenue by developing new business, strengthening existing partnerships, and positioning the hotel as the preferred choice for corporate travelers, groups, and local organizations.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and market share.
• Prospect and build relationships with corporate accounts, local businesses, government organizations, and community partners.
• Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, networking activities, and property tours.
• Identify new opportunities and convert leads into confirmed business.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts through consistent communication and exceptional service.
• Create proposals, negotiate agreements, and close business opportunities.
• Partner with hotel leadership and operations teams to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, account information, and revenue forecasts.
• Stay connected with local market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at community events, industry functions, and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous hotel sales, hospitality, or related sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a goal-driven environment.
• Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and close business.
• Professional presence with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
