Warehouse Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Fulfillment Department supporting the Fulfillment Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay Range: $16.50-$17 DOE

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Occasionally overtime on Weekends

What's the Job?

• Assist the Fulfillment Team with picking, packing, and shipping products to customers
• Operate machinery within the warehouse, including forklifts and scissor lifts
• Work collaboratively with production staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion
• Maintain safety rules and procedures throughout your shift
• Support production workflow processes and perform repetitive motion tasks as needed

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse machinery safely
• Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a professional attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
• Must pass a drug test (Oral - 10 Panel) and background check
